Webnetics.pk ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Contact & lead information. When you submit our contact form or share your details with our chat assistant, we store what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company, and your message — so our team can respond to your inquiry.

Chat conversations. Conversations with our AI assistant are stored so we can follow up on inquiries and improve answer quality. To generate replies, your messages are processed by Anthropic (our AI provider) under their commercial data-protection terms; they are not used to train public AI models.

Website analytics. We run our own first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. For each visit we log the pages viewed, your IP address and the approximate location (city and country) derived from it, device type, browser and its language, screen size, the referring site, and any campaign tag in the link you followed. We use this only to see how visitors find and use our site — we do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell this data. You can ask us to delete the analytics data associated with your IP at any time (see below).

Cookies we set

• wn_vid — a random identifier that lets us count returning visitors (expires after 1 year).
• wn_chat — keeps your chat conversation connected between pages (expires after 7 days).
• session — used only for the site's security features (e.g. form protection).

None of these cookies track you across other websites.

Third-party services

• Anthropic — processes chat messages to generate AI replies.
• Google Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries, provide quotes and services you request, improve our website and assistant, and — only if you become a client — to deliver and support your project. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry and chat data for as long as it is useful for serving you, and delete it on request. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email info@webnetics.pk and we will act within 30 days.

Security

Access to stored data is restricted and protected by authentication, and our systems apply standard protections against common web attacks. No internet system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.
